Flooring Installers (F/T, P/T, contract)
Location: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service while providing measurements, quotes, and detailed specifics.
- Install flooring as required/needed, assist with clean-up or removal of existing floor as needed.
- Assist with customer inquiries.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Previous floor installation experience and valid driver's license.
- Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to resolve problems.
- Professionalism, punctuality and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Customer Service (F/T & P/T)
Location: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service in a retail environment.
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed.
- Complete paperwork for special orders and installations as required and demonstrate features and benefits of products.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Previous flooring and sales knowledge/experience would be an asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to resolve problems.
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Inside Sales Associate (F/T & P/T available)
Location: Surrey, BC (2 vacancies)
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service while providing measurements, quotes, and detailed specifics.
- Assist with and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Complete paperwork for special orders and installations as required and demonstrate features and benefits of products.
- Assist with merchandising to optimize sale image (ie. displays, presentations, labels, signage).
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Previous flooring knowledge/experience would be an asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to resolve problems.
- Excellent communication skills and high level of enthusiasm.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Outside Sales Associate (F/T & P/T available)
Location: Surrey, BC (2 vacancies)

esponsibilities:

Provide friendly and courteous customer service while providing measurements, quotes, and detailed specifics.
- Establishing professional relationships and partnerships with external vendors.
- Setting up and maintaining displays and promotional materials as needed.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Previous flooring knowledge/experience would be an asset.
- Proven sales ability and experience.
- Outgoing personality with a high level of enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. |
Warehouse/Shipper-Receiver (F/T & P/T available)
Location: Surrey, BC (2 vacancies)
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload and move flooring products and materials by and or with basic material handling equipment.
- Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products.
- Prepare orders and stock.
- Maintain and organize inventory.
- Build pallets, ship orders, provide customer service.
Knowledge Skills Required:
- Must have Forklift Operator Certification.
- Must be able to lieft up to 23kg (50lbs)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. |
